excellent excellent excellent!!! thank you.. I have seen some on here that look rather painful for the babies…I had to do this with my daughter when she was itty bitty as she was quite gassy, and it was wonderful to know that I could help her feel more comfortable…it definately eased her pain ….
Just wanted to say good job protecting your baby from perverts! Thanks for the tips & saying to be basically connected to your baby, mindful of what they like. Hope all is well with you and your family!
i like this
thanks for posting!
@TheBFGHarrison THANK YOU!!
This video is great. The positions are very simple and work with what a baby already does. I plan on trying a couple of these with my three-month-old next time she gets gassy. I wish I had found this when my toddler was a baby. Thank you!
the massage shld be clockwise direction instead of anticlockwise for the digesting system
How incredibly sweet
you seem to be a wonderful mother!
Thank you for the video. I will do that with my baby. I wanted to add, as a massage therapist, when you massage the baby stomach you want to do it clockwise so it is opposite of what this video shows. If you massage the stomach backward the “waste” also goes backward and the gas too.
why dont you start with a crying baby then maybe i will be a beliver.
@solracoo3 Any babies of your own, then?
Actually, my son was not much of a crier we practice attachment parenting but he did have terrible reflux and would vomit after nursing. If I started with a baby that was crying it wouldn’t be as effective since the baby would be in an active stress state – I prefer to start with a calmer baby or attempt to calm a baby down a little.
@outbreak1122 Thanks, I have debated a lot about the descending colon with my fellow yoga teachers because of the various lineages some poses start on one side and are considered “wind removing” postures and certain sequences in Thai massage as well but have since found definitively that it is clockwise as you are looking down at the baby and postures for the same reason for gas should start on babies left side. If you are going with energy lines female energy starts on the left, male right
Thank you, you are correct.
Thanks to this video i was able to help my crying baby pass gas immediately. Every little exercise helped him release loud gas!
