I am about to turn 30 and my husband just left for a 7+ month deployment this morning. I want to lose 65 pounds the healthy way, and am willing to just start from scratch. I have a clean slate for establishing some great habits. I have an elliptical at home to use, dumbells, kettle bell, yoga mat, wii fit, etc. I have all the tools. I have three kids at home and go to school, so working out for 2 hours straight is never going to happen. I cannot go running because I have no sitter or family here. I will have to do it strictly out of my home, and I don’t want to go on a crash diet or take pills. Where do I start? How do I establish a routine that is realistic? How often should I weigh myself, and how should I track progress? What should I eat, and how often? I have been a couch potato for a while, so any reasonable suggestions would help. Thank you!
