I’m looking for a relaxing, yet good stretching yoga dvd. I own "Yoga Meltdown : Jillian Micheals" it’s great but it is more, using yoga as a workout and it’s fast paced.
I like doing workouts at home in my living room because it’s so much cheaper than a gym membership and that way I don’t have to get a sitter for my child. So I have a set of hand weights and a yoga mat and I alternate between my Cardio DVD and a yoga DVD but I want something that is stress relieving and relaxing.
Are there any good ones out there?
